All dancers must submit a recital form by 11/10/26 regardless of participation.

Dress Rehearsals

• Dancers must attend dress rehearsal in order to be in the recital. There are NO exceptions.

• Each class will be assigned an approx. 2-hour block of time on either Friday 5/21 (afternoon/evening) or Saturday 5/22 (morning/early afternoon).

• Rehearsal schedules will be sent out by 4/1/27.

Recitals

• Each class will be assigned to one recital day/time.

• Advanced classes & Troupe dancers may be assigned to perform in multiple recitals.

• We typically have 3 shows, and these shows will be split between Saturday 5/22 (one show early evening) and Sunday 5/23 (two shows in the afternoon/evening).

Costume & Participation Fees

• Costume deposit is $90/dancer/class (includes recital tights for combo, CJBT, BTJ). This is charged on 11/10/26. This is only a deposit, and some classes may be charged for the remaining balance in the spring.

• Recital fee is $150/family. This is charged on 1/10/27. This fee includes a digital download of all shows & UNLIMITED TICKETS (families can bring as many guests as they want; you will no longer need to purchase tickets separately)!

• Costume & recital fees are non-refundable.

Costume Measuring Week

• We will measure dancers for their recital costumes in class the week of 11/30/26-12/5/26. It is so important for your dancer to be in attendance this week.

• If your dancer misses this class, it is up to the parent to bring them to the office to be measured.
