All dancers must submit a recital form by 11/10/25 regardless of participation. These forms will be emailed out in October.

Dress Rehearsals

• Dancers must attend dress rehearsal in order to be in recital. There are NO exceptions.

• Each class will be assigned an approx. 2-hour block of time on either Friday 5/29 or Saturday 5/30.

Recitals

• Each class will be assigned to one recital day/time.

• Advanced classes may be assigned to perform in multiple recitals.

• We typically have 3 shows, and these shows will be split between Saturday 5/30 and Sunday 5/31.

Costume & Participation Fees

Costume deposit is $90/dancer/class. This is charged on 11/10/25. This is only a deposit, and some classes may be charged for the remaining balance in the spring.

Recital fee is $150/family. This is charged on 1/12/26. This fee includes a digital download of all shows, recital tights for combo, CJBT, BTJ classes & UNLIMITED TICKETS (families can bring as many guests as they want; you will no longer need to purchase tickets separately)!

Costume & recital fees are non-refundable.

Costume Measuring Week

We will measure dancers for their recital costumes in class the week of 12/1/25-12/6/25. It is so important for your dancer to be in attendance this week. If your dancer misses this class, it is up to the parent to bring them to the office to be measured.
