Summer Session Classes
Registration opens 3/5!

Classes for ages 2-adult offered: twinkle tots, combo, hip hop, BTJ, ballet, adult tap, adult ballet. Sign up for the full 7 week summer session. For consistency, drop-ins are not permitted for youth classes (adult classes may be taken on a drop-in basis). Makeup classes will be permitted if/when there is space available in an alternate class. Please reach out to the office to schedule any makeup class needed.
Classes run 6/6-8/1. There will be no classes 6/20-6/26 & 7/4.

Classes offered for dancers enrolled in BTJ II – advanced classes for the 2025-26 dance year (ages 9 & up).
Purchase a class card and drop in when you can!
Drop-in classes are 75 minutes and run from from 6/8-7/23. There will be no drop-in classes 6/20-6/26.
Drop-In / Dance Card Policies
In portal click Shop > Punch Cards, then make your selection.
When selecting drop-in classes, please select the class FIRST then the dates that class is available for drop-ins will show up underneath the class name.
After selecting your classes and clicking submit, you will be prompted to either pay for a single class or purchase a dance card if you have not already.
** All summer dance punch cards expire 8/1/26. Valid for level summer 2026 drop-in classes for ages 9-18 only. Not valid for any other summer session classes, camps, or intensives. Non-transferable.
** Dance punch cards may not be prorated or broken down into smaller increments.
** Siblings/families may not share a card, only 1 card per student.
** Drop-in classes can be booked at any time as long as there is availability. Pre-registration for drop-in classes is required prior to the class.
** Classes with fewer than 3 enrolled students as of 5:00 pm the day before the scheduled class will be canceled.
** If your dancer is signed up for a class with low enrollment that is canceled, you will be notified of the cancellation via text & email. If you have opted out of studio texts/emails then you will not receive this important information.
** If you don’t see the class online in the portal and it’s after 5:00pm the day before the class, that means it may have been canceled due to low enrollment. Feel free to call the studio office to check (512-345-1284).
** Withdrawal from a class may be submitted in writing/email by 5:00pm the day before the class for a full credit to your account. No credit/refunds will be issued for drops or no-shows if we are not notified by 5:00pm the day before the scheduled class.
**Drop-in classes do not receive reminder notifications, so please be sure to make note of the classes you have registered for to ensure you don’t miss them.
**View the future drop-ins your dancer is signed up for in your portal by clicking info > calendar. The class calendar is viewable by week or month, and you can view future months by clicking the left and right arrows.
